Taryn is awesome and the house is great. The location is near great parks and things to do, however, some of the neighbors were rowdy. Maybe it was a one-off experience for us, but the neighborhood was not as quiet as we thought it would be.

If you’re given the opportunity to stay at Taryn’s Airbnb, take it. Taryn went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I, were comfortable. The location is great, and the house was clean and cozy. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic home! Clean, well maintained, has everything you could need and more. Great central location. Big, secure yard. Hosts are extremely attentive to any needs and go above and beyond. In the fall they had a person come rake all the leaves. A terrible wind storm came through and took out the fence, there was a person fixing it within a coue days, and when it snowed, they notified me that someone would be coming to shovel the driveway! My family and I got COVID and the hosts offered to go shopping for us, or bring us anything we may need. The rooms are well furnished with extra bedding & pillows. The house is nicely decorated (normally AirBnBs are just bare bones). Extras were provided such as batteries, a sewing kit, laundry detergent, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap, even tooth brushes! The host provided a lovely welcome letter along with suggestions on where to eat and places to visit. Would absolutely stay here again! Truly felt like home.

We have stayed in in more than a few AirBnB’s and have had some wonderful hosts and several of what I would call “Super Pleasers”. However, without a doubt, Taryn is the best host we have ever had. If others were “Super Pleasers”, Taryn is a “Super Dooper Super Pleaser” (SoundsCorny, but I don’t know how else to describe her)! From the moment we first contacted Taryn, to the pre-arrival process, to the very end of our stay, Taryn did everything she could to make our stay perfect and productive. Taryn was easily accessible, answered all our questions and was there if we ever needed anything. She struck just the right balance between being attentive (checking in with us and checking back with us) and being unobtrusive (not being a bother). One example of this was when my daughter needed a hair dryer because she was going to be on TV. When we asked if she had one, she immediately came over and dropped one off. Who does that sort of thing? Apparently Taryn, who I can only be describe as the “Nicest of the Nebraska Nice”. We simply cannot say enough good things about this host. Thanks to her we had an incredible stay. As far as the place is concerned, it is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Her garage entrance only added to the feeling of safety and it made for ease of entry. The house is only about five minutes from everything you might need. A grocery store, gas, and a major thoroughfare (strip) with just about every dining option or service imaginable. The house itself is the favorite house we ever stayed in. The couches and beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all of the basics that one needs. She has extra linens and towels which is always nice. For me, a 6”4” man with a huge wingspan, one of my favorite things about the house was one of the bathrooms which has a large walk in shower, with a rain can showerhead. This made for an unusually pleasant experience (for a rental). My wife’s favorite thing about the place was how homey it felt. Taryn has decorated the place to be relaxing with innumerable little knick knacks and touches which make one feel like one is in the home of a close friend as opposed to some generic rental. I think that Taryn’s place is perfect for a long-term rental due to its homey feel. It’s great for a short-term rental because the place it has everything one needs. Again, we give Taryn and her place our highest recommendation. We will be back when we are in Omaha because she really is a “Super Dooper Super Pleaser.” Thanks Taryn
