Decent home in a lovely location. The home could use some updating when we came in October, but I assume that was after a busy summer -- walls needed to be repaired and painted, mattresses need to be reinforced, beds could stand to be leveled (or turned 90-degrees) so we didn't roll off where floors were uneven. Overall, it was a decent place for three of us to stay. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy some of the outside features like the fancy fire pit, kayaks, and canoe, but they were available and looked to be in great shape. The kitchen had a water filter and a great Keurig coffee maker. There were filter cups we could fill with our own coffee, and they worked beautfully. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans, and large pots for a crowd, but needs a few more bowls.

Loved the area. The only downside (and it was our own fault) we didn’t get a rental car and depended on Uber/lyft. It was off season so it was so what difficult getting drivers to come to us. Otherwise the house was lovely, the island beautiful, and just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of space in the house for 6 adults (bunk beds took my grown children back to their childhoods and they even teased about who got top bunk).
