Eva is a friendly host. The listing is exactly how she describes it. Sadly I was not there long enough to read anything from her extensive book collection. The bed is super comfortable. It is an easy walk to local buses and train station from the house. There are plenty of places to eat with a wide range of cuisine. For me it was in exactly the right location.

Staying at Eva's place was one of the best decisions I've made for my trip in London. Eva kept a perfect balance of hospitality and privacy. Her place was well-kept and spotless. I'd say it was better than how it is described. Sitting in the outskirts of Brixton, the place is the desirable home for travellers to come back to after a day of adventure. My only regret is that I was not able to book it throughout the trip. I'd definitely be back if I'm visiting London again.

I had a wonderful stay at Eva’s place. The space was extremely clean, tidy and comfortable. Eva was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I really enjoyed chatting with her and getting great local suggestions from her. The location is safe and well-connected by several bus routes. If I could give this stay more than 5 stars I would - thank you so much, Eva!
