Modern, beautifully presented and spotless, this holiday home has huge windows overlooking the canals and an upper and lower deck. You'll love the spacious bedrooms and the open plan living area, as well as the outdoor entertaining areas.

Perfect weekend gateway! Place was super clean and all the amenities were there and in good condition. House is beautiful and has everything that you wish to have in your holiday home. My mates and I had a comfortable stay and couldn’t have asked for more. 10/10!
I am very happy to be able to live in this house, the perfect location, I can greet the sunrise leisurely in the room, and take a close photo with the swan. Quiet community, one step away from the commercial street. The room is very comfortable and everything you need can be found. The host responded very promptly, we had a great few days, hope I can stay here next time I'm on vacation.
High quality dwelling in a fabulous location, right on the water, but only a short walk from town. House was clean and beautifully prepared. Communication was clear and straightforward. Would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommeding this AirBnB.

Paynesville is a holiday destination lake town surrounded by breathtaking stretches of water. Known for being the boating capital of East Gippsland, Paynesville has cafes, eateries, boutique shops and is host to local farmers and foreshore markets, festivals, boat and fishing rallies and other exciting events.
Another highlight for guests is to explore a renowned koala trail on the tranquil Raymond Island, just a short ferry trip from the main promenade in Paynesville. Follow the signs around the island and find the sleepy marsupials in the trees above - some visitors can find up to 25 in one visit!
This property has a double garage available for guest use. Walking distance to the main promenade in Paynesville and also close to other foreshore walks and the canals.
