This unit had convenient access out the back door to the pool, which was never overcrowded... even though we were there during spring break. The development is located on a marina so close to the ocean, but no beach/ocean access. Most days we drove to the public beach access as it was just far enough that if you had any sort of gear (beach chair), it was too far to walk. Disappointingly the host, accused us of taking/losing 2 towels and leaving 3 towels too dirty to clean (even though they hadn't even attempted to wash them). I honestly believe those "missing" towels were in the dryer as I washed/folded almost every towel before I left. I am highly doubtful the host has any sort of inventory system that would even allow them to track 2 of 20-25 mismatched towels that were in the unit. I wish I had washed the three towels with dirt on them as I know they would have come clean. But, to be charged $80 for the world's cheapest beach towels, Felt like cash grab after we had paid top dollar

Great Airbnb, clean, close to great restaurants - much bigger than the pictures suggest. A great place to stay on beautiful TCI

Tim was an amazing host! Richard was great! The condo was comfortable and extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice complex with beautiful pool and marine views. Close to beaches and restaurants. Beautiful unit with all the amenities one could need. Excellent communication with Tim.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. The place was much bigger than the pictures and was spotless and had everything we could have needed during our stay. The location was perfect and close to everything (beaches and restaurants). There were a lot of extra linens and towels which was great and the area was nice and quiet with an amazing pool. Overall a fantastic place 10/10 would recommend.
