We had a great time at Tom's place. I loved being able to park out front. I slept in the King bed and slept great every night! The bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool down by the ocean. Loved seeing turtles in the waves every time you walked to the beach. They have 4 pool chairs and 2 umbrella's as well as a wagon and some sand toys. Plenty of room. Loved the views from the balcony!

Tom is a great host! He gave us the rundown on everything before we arrived, sent us suggestions and great directions, and even sent us a pic of all the beach toys! The place was cozy and had a great Hawaiian vibe. Very comfortable, close to the beach, and great for relaxing at the end of the day and watching the sunset. The guest book had tons of great suggestions and we had a wonderful time. Perfect for our family of three.

Wonderful location with lots of amenities. The condo is large with a beautiful partial ocean view. We had amazing sunsets over the ocean that we enjoyed while eating dinner on the lanai. The grounds are perfectly maintained with tennis courts and a pool. (There is not an actual hot tub and some days the pool was cold, however we still very much enjoyed it). The unit came with beach supplies and everything that we needed during our stay. The on-site manager was so helpful and there are tennis rackets to use during the stay. We did not have anything negative that we could say about Toms place. A few perks when our elderly parents stayed: The parking is right at the front door. The showers had grab bars.

Amazing location, although there was no AC the breeze and view make up for it. Unit had everything needed for a pleasant stay in Kauai. Pictures do not do this unit it’s justice! Beautiful
