The place is as described, well maintained, clean, and in a great location, a very short walk from Lake Maggiore. Unfortunately though we had problems checking in on our visit, resulting in us being stuck outside the gate for 30 mins on our arrival in the evening. Firstly, the code for the lockbox listed in the description was wrong. After messaging the host, who was very responsive, they provided the correct code. Next, we opened the lockbox which proved to be empty, no key or remote control for the gate. The hosts then messaged us the code for the lockbox for the other apartment. This one did contain a key but the remote control wouldn't open the gate. Finally we gained access after a neighbour gave us access to the gated car park and we were able to check in. to their credit the hosts responded fast and arrived after about 30 mins to help. But it was not a good experience and felt disorganised.

Nous sommes arrivées très tard, après un petit moment de battement car nous n’arrivions pas ouvrir la boîte, Silvia a été très réactive, les données de l’appartement que nous avions reçus n’étaient pas les bonnes, mais Silvia a été proactive et nous a tout de suite communiqué ce changement. Le studio est propre et bien équipé, tout ce qu’il nous fallait pour démarrer notre séjour en Italie. Je recommande !

I arrived late into Malpensa and wanted a place to rest and then wake and walk in a quiet lovely spot. This was perfect! The only trouble I had was locating the front gate, the sign is small and in the dark almost impossible to see. Drove past a few times before finding it! Host was great, space comfortable and clean. Would return.
