Very nice villa We visited in winter, that’s why pool was closed as well as spa But we had still great time I mean, Kalkan is the heaven on earth 100% It is clean, quiet, stunning Most importantly, villa is in the complex, that’s why safety will not be an issue Workers there are cutest people Cats are too 100% nice choice Thank u! House has everything u need

We have just got home after a lovely 7 day stay in Yakups villa on the Patara Prince resort after a recommendation from my cousin We have stayed in a number of properties on the resort and I can honestly say this one has been the best so we will definitely be booking again The villa had everything you need for a perfect stay. Two beautiful pools & platforms by the sea where there is never a problem getting a sun bed no matter what time of day you want them which is a big plus for me and only 100 lira in a taxi to town £3.03 at the current rate if you don’t want to walk in Great little bus service that runs you around the resort and another plus is the discount card off food & drinks Yakup is a great host and responded very quickly to a couple of questions I had

Yakup Bey’in evinde keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Kendi evimizin konforunda gibi güzeldi. Bir çok ayrıntı düşünülmüştü. Balkon ve yatak odası muhteşem bir manzaraya sahipti. Olası aksaklıklar ile ilgili iletişimi hızlı ve çözümü odaklıydı. Tekrar gelmeyi planladığımız yerler listesine alındı.

We had a great stay at the villa, wonderful views and a great location at Patara Prince, we have been a number of times and never disappoints but this villa by far is the best yet. Many thanks

Yakup’s gorgous Villa at Patara Prince was perfect for our 1st trip to beautiful Kalkan. We immediately fell in love. The view, proximity to the town centre and beach clubs was ideal for our family of 4. Really good size and well equipped. Having the hotel and use of 2 lovely swimming pools right next door was great. The hotel concierge was also really helpful arranging taxis. Staff super friendly and great service. Food was good for lunch by the pool. Perfect for kids. Access directly to the sea was a bonus, where you can use the sunbathing platforms. I would avoid the 3rd pool at the top of the resort by the sports club, it’s quite tired with tiles broken and not particularly safe for kids. Zest Beach club is right next door which is lovely to go to for change of scenery. Amazing restaurants in abundance Trips by Define Tours a highlight. Can’t wait to go back. Yakup was the perfect host and already planning to return to his home.
