Lucy's place was terrific! My wife and I were very comfortable during our 7 day stay. The unit is fully functional and has everything a couple would need. We took numerous day trips into Torres del Paine National Park. Highly recommend and would love to return some day!

lucy como persona y lo que ofrece a sus huéspedes supera todas las expectativas. Sobran los detalles para que cada huésped tenga lo necesario y más. Hay cercanía con la terminal de Bus y supermercados. Nos encontramos con una ambiente privado pero a la vez familiar y con una persona maravillosa, cálida, educada, atenta, sensible. No dudar en elegirla.

Lucy’s place was really clean and comfortable. Instructions were clear and Lucy was helpful. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and was clean, everything worked as it should. We appreciated the washing machine and large drying rack. Off street parking. We enjoyed our stay, it was a good base for exploring. Minor downside - You can hear the upstairs guests walking around but not excessively noisy - just something to be mindful of.

We had a great stay here! It is a nice neighbourhood, close to the supermarket and about a twenty minute walk to the centre of town. The apartment is small but has we everything you need to cook and be comfortable. We stayed a month, but were gone for 8 days to go trekking and all went well. If someone is staying upstairs it can be noisy when they are walking around. Thankfully our upstairs neighbours didn’t play any loud music! Our host was very helpful and gave good suggestions for the neighbourhood and in the hosts guide. Recommend for a place to stay in puerto natales!

This house has everything you need for a stay of any length. Some of the best parts include: very fast internet, heating system works perfectly, shower has great water pressure, comfortable bedroom for sleeping. Another benefit is the close proximity to the bus terminal, which makes transit very easy.
