The place was a great landing pad for a week long business trip to Leuven. David was very communicative, and checked in regularly to make sure I was settling in okay. He also accommodated an earlier check in which was a huge help after a red eye. The place was clean and comfortable, as advertised. It was good walking distance to city center and had dinner spots nearby! Would happily recommend.

Het was perfect! Het verblijf was voorzien van alle gemakken en de locatie uitstekend. Parkeren kon dichtbij en het centrum was praktisch op loopafstand. Er was aandacht voor details in het verblijf; zo werden bijvoorbeeld de koffiecups aangevuld. Ik raad deze accomodatie zeker aan! En mocht ik in de toekomst weer moeten verblijven in Leuven, zal ik dit verblijf zeker weer boeken. :)

David heeft een fijn en leuk verblijf in Leuven. Het is ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen naar het centrum, wat een leuke wandeling op zich is. Het appartement is klein maar fijn, schoon en de handleiding van alle apparaten, suggesties, leuke muziektips van David is heel helder en uitgebreid. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken zien er allemaal schoon en fris uit. Wat ook erg fijn is dat dingen als zeep/afwasmiddel/koffie/thee aanwezig zijn!

Cool Loft-atmosphere Appartement! David was really helpful and had great suggestions on what to do and where to go. Great, easy and quick communication with David! Location was good - about 15 mins walk into town and/or central station. All in all we had a really great time and recommend staying here!

I stayed here for three nights by myself, as a young female solo traveler. The apartment building and surrounding area are modern, clean, open and I felt super safe both staying here and walking to and from the city centre by myself. There is a Lidl supermarkt around the corner, but not too many (affordable) restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to any destination in the city centre. Which is doable in good weather conditions, but definitely something to keep in mind. The apartment itself is small but very nice. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen with coffee and tea, and a tv with chromecast in the living area. All in all a wonderful place to discover Leuven from!
