We stayed in three Airbnb's on our trip across Tokyo and Osaka, and Amy's Kanazawa apartment was by far the best, across cleanliness, space, features, and value. A funky apartment with 2 units upstairs and downstairs - we stayed on the downstairs unit. Very spacious living space, with a huge dining table that was great to sit at. Bedrooms were able to be split off by sliding doors and roll down screens for privacy, which was funky. Everything was spotlessly clean and super well appointed. Amy even let us check in earlier than expected which was very generous of her. Only confusion was the online check in process - you have to open the main door first and scan the QR code on the INSIDE door - there is another QR code on the outside, this is not the one to scan. A quick message to Amy solved this issue - after that, it was so easy. The car park space at the front was a huge bonus when we rented a car to do some day trips. Great restaurants outside and over the road as well. Recommended!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place. Cosy, comfortable and clean. Was easy to find and very close to the train station…..a great coffee shop nearby too! Recommended.
