Unfortunately our experience was far from what we had hoped for. The kitchen, in particular, was a major letdown. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find dirty plates put back in the cupboards, as well as dirty utensils placed back in the drawers. One spatula had paint on the end of the stick as if it were used to mix paint. It was evident that the kitchen hadn't been properly cleaned, even though we were assured by the host that it was and that ‘’sometimes cleaners can miss things’’. To me, that was still not acceptable. The main bathroom was not the greatest. The bathtub was stained as if it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and in one of the bedrooms, there was a stain on the pillow. I will say that the host was very responsive and tried her best to get a cleaner out the next morning, but by then, I had enough and left. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any accommodation, and it is crucial for hosts to uphold high standards to ensure a positive and comfortable stay for their guests.

The host communicated a few hours to check in on the day of check in that my original reservation location was still occupied by another tenant, who refused to check out. Following this they proposed alternatives in locations different from the area I had booked. I took the alternative in the location closest to this, with the host committing to a refund of $200, which has been refunded. When we finally settled in, we noted one of the windows in the rooms was damaged and could not close. This caused a security concerns, however the host sent someone to fix it the next day. Severe damage to the floors and the wall of the townhouse. The most upsetting aspect of this was that the original home I reserved appeared available for rent on Airbnb the same night of me agreeing to the alternative location. I have videos, pictures and screenshots to back all the above. Will be weary booking with here. The worst Airbnb experience.

It was a great time to spend in such a spacious place. Everything was good, even a small office table for remote work. We had a minor issue with towels during check-in, but it was resolved immediately. Kelly was responsive and very friendly. Big garage and extra parking space were available. This place is located near the Trafalgar area with cafés and restaurants.

Thank you for hosting me and my family. The house was clean, nicely laid out and located in a central area. It was great to have regular cable and many other channel options.
