My husband and I had an amazing vacation. Jeans apartment made coming home from a day of fun so relaxing and comfortable. We were also able to cook every night which was amazing eating dinner in your own place looking at the view. The view itself is the best of both worlds looking at the mountains and ocean from every window. Even the view from the shower is gorgeous. We found the place easily following Jeans instructions and it was very safe. Easy to walk to Simpson bay. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I would give 10 stars if I could! The place was squeaky clean and the location is the best on the island in my opinion. Surrounded by plenty of beaches, restaurants, stores etc. we didn’t even rent a car for the first few days. The views from the place are beyond breathtaking from the windows and rooftop, nothing like I’ve ever seen. Jean was an incredible host and responded to any questions immediately. Such a kind person and a pleasure to deal with. Overall we had the most amazing trip and would love to do it all over again!

Jean is an excellent host of this amazing property! The views are breathtaking, the unit is tastefully decorated, and the location is superb! The shower... is out of this world!! Overlooking Simpson Bay, Jean's property is perfect for a St Maarten getaway. Walking distance to Kim-sha beach, Simpson Bay beach Maho beach, Mullet Bay beach, and Cupecoy beach, you will be right in the middle of the popular and also less-crowded beach hangout spots depending on your preference. There are plenty of restaurants to please any pallette (or budget) in the nearby Maho and Simpson Bay areas. We were able to park our rental car in front of the entrance to the AirBnB, and there was ample parking available nearby if the spot was taken. 5 stars for sure! Would stay here again!

We visited SXM for the first time and stayed at Jeans place. The place is awesome! it is in the second floor up some stairs. there is a small pool which was amazing. You have access to the roof which has an amazing view of the sunrise and the full bay!! very beautiful! the space is great. open layout and with a kitchen and good air conditioner. the bed is very comfortable and with a lot pillows! I love that haha. The shower is one of the best parts! I open the window everyday just to see the shipwreck down the cliff and the sea views. can't beat taken a shower at jeans place. The beach is around 2-3 min walk down this hidden stairs which are awesome! you come down right to the beach and to a small beach club where they have umbrellas and beach chairs! at no cost! we loved it! Jean is an awesome host and helped us out when we needed help or with getting taxis etc. I would def recommend staying here. Thanks jean! see you next time!
