Nice cabin. The stay was great. Two issues to address probably for the next guest. (1) the downstairs bathroom sink (right side) is leaking. We had towels & a small bowl to catch it underneath. (2) the peanut cabin’s a/c unit isn’t cooperating. It’s stuck at 84 degrees, so we had to move the kids out. Thanks

Beautiful house with a cottage - extremely close to the center of downtown! Instructions for check in and out were very clear and communicated well in advance. We came for Thanksgiving and had plenty of room for our three families, and the house was very well stocked in the kitchen for all we needed. The cleaning crew was still there when we arrived, but she was very nice and it was no issue for us to wait inside while she finished up. The parking was as shown - so for elderly guests, it was a slightly harder walk to the house down the stairs since there was no alternative (we were aware of that because of the pictures, but just pointing that out to other guests). We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing location. We had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. I would say the place is cluttered and needs remodeling. Thank you for hosting us!

Had a wonderful time at this this property and strongly recommend staying here with family. Very charming interiors, well appointed, and you can't beat the location (a mile outside of downtown Highlands on Mirror Lake). I suggest the Lil' Peanut cabin on the property maybe more for teens/20 somethings, as it was a tight fit for my brother and sister in law (shower is small) and smelled a bit like a summer camp cabin -- a bit too rustic for me, although they enjoyed themselves very much. Together, both the cottage and the Lil' Peanut comfortably slept 8 without needing to fold out any of the furniture. The kitchen and outdoor deck were great places to enjoy meals and the kitchen had everything you need for meals and an effortless stay. Instructions for checking in and out were clear and if we needed anything, the property management team was responsive. And definitely use the canoes on Mirror Lake to explore!

Beautiful cottage in a great location on Mirror lake and just minutes from town. Great hosts. Canoe access to the lake was a plus - Highly recommend.
