Lovely house with all guests could ask for to hit the ground running for a fabulous ski vacation. Perfect location just steps from Main Street with all its restaurants and boutiques, and an easy bus ride from both Park City and Deer Valley ski slopes. Great mix of bedroom types, more than enough for two families to stay comfortably with privacy for all... and a big kitchen / great room spacious enough for all to gather together. Private hot tub an unexpected bonus. Honestly, this house was fantastic value Vs. others in its price range. Finally, a very responsive and professional host. THANK YOU! We will definitely be back...

Loved our stay here for the Sundance Festival. Was very comfortable and so very convenient to all the theaters and Main Street. Will hopefully be coming back next year!

The house & location were as described. The home is located on Park Avenue, which is the street parallel to Main Street. Directly across the home are the stairs leading from Park to Main and from there only a block or so from the start of the restaurant and shops on the old part of Main in Park City. It is about 6 to 7 city block distance to the chairlift. The home is managed by a company that hires another local company that then hires the cleaning people and snow removal people. Because of the multiple layers, there is a lack of accountability, and the cleaning of the home was not to the level of the price point for this property. We were missing a number of needed items: brooms, swifter, snow shovel, and oven mitts. We had one kitchen cloth towel for the time we were there. The kitchen/eating/living area accommodate 6 to 8 people even though the bedroom spaces acomodates many more. Overall, we had a very enjoyable family time in this location .

Overall this was an okay place, AFTER I wiped down the high touch surfaces with lysol wipes. It was very dirty when we got there and the extra beds were super dusty. We even had to was sheets and blankets that were too dirty to use. We rented the space because of the garage and there was a couch there that we needed removed and that took about a day, which ended up being alright, but I wish I didn't have to deal with it. I am undecided as to whether or not we would book again.

There was a terrible BUG issue, we sent several pictures of dead and live BUGS! My daughter had a live one on her comforter and crawling across the tv screen. And the last day a live one was crawling on her towel! Not acceptable, but they claim they sent inspectors and they only saw dead BUGS. Isn't that enough, it was like they did not believe us even when we sent several pictures. They said the only way they could get in if window was opened! Do they think we kept windows opened when it was 12 degrees outside! I asked them to call owners and who knows. I felt like we should have had partial refund if not all! This is a very disgusting issue to receive no help! After they said nothing would do done, they sent "Have a nice rest of your day" Unreal!!! And also when we arrived the code was wrong so we had to wait to get in the house. Just very disappointed because a BUG issue is disgusting!
