Leland was very easy to work with. Any changes in scheduling he was more than helpful to accommodate. My worker was very comfortable with his stay. I would recommend Leland for anyone staying in Kodiak

Our stay with Leland was a great experience. The B&B is comfortable, clean and a great location in downtown Kodiak. Communication was great and any questions we had about what to do or see were answered with amazing suggestions. Would definitely stay again.

Great facility, great location! My room had a nice comfortably stocked kitchen, a nice queen bed, and good blackout curtains for sleeping in the summer. Walking distance to the Brewery, several restaurants, and hiking trails on Near Island! Will plan to come back.

I really loved staying here. The place was extremely clean and super well located. The blinds keep the room nice a dark during the summer and the in room heating/cooling unit is super convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was in great shape

Lee is a very friendly and accommodating host. His place is walking distance to downtown, the harbor, near island, the brewery, Big Ray’s sports shop, post office and dining. We didn’t go out this time, but he also takes guests on his charter fishing boat! We love Kodiak and will be back again soon!
