Our group of 6 had the most amazing stay at The Parsonage. As the photos show, it's a beautiful heritage home with modern design and amenities. Every room has something unique about it. There's so many great spots to hang out, relax and have a glass of wine, both inside and out. The deck overlooks the water and was the perfect spot to enjoy the view and wind down after being out and about all day. The home is in such a great location with so much to do in the area. I highly recommend Hendrick's BBQ for their amazing brisket sandwiches. Best I've had. We also went to Bocado for a Spanish-inspired dinner and it was fantastic. I'd also recommend doing a wine tasting at Hinterland Wine Company and of course the Saturday famer's market in Wellington at the Prince Eddie Hotel. So many great vendors. Such a great weekend sidetrip to include in my week away in Toronto. Thanks Patty and Doug for all of the suggestions re places to go. We'll definitely be back!

J’ai adoré mon séjour au Parsonnage. Nous étions deux couples d’amis qui ont fait la route de Montréal jusqu’à PEC pour le week-end. L’endroit est idéalement situé, à seulement une quinzaine de minutes de voiture du centre-ville de Wellington où il y a plusieurs restaurants et commerces ( les suggestions de Patty et Doug étaient d’ailleurs excellentes!) Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Chaleureuses et luxueuses à la fois. Chaque couple avait sa propre douche. ( ce qui est très pratique pour des groupes). La cuisine est invitante et bien équipée . J’ai particulièrement aimé le foyer , mais ma pièce préféré était le “sun room” . J’y ai pris mon café (nespresso) tous les matins. La maison est située sur une rue très calme. Patty répond rapidement aux questions et tous les voisins que nous avons croisés étaient très généreux. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se relaxer et faire changement du rythme de la ville ! Une véritable perle, j’y retournerai assurément.

I stayed at Patty & Doug’s for one night as I had a wedding to attend in Belleville. Their beautiful home is only a 10 minute drive to Belleville and 15-20 minutes from the wineries/distilleries in the county which is great as I was able to do some tastings the next day after checking out. Home is gorgeously decorated and very clean. I slept in the bedroom with the dragon wallpaper which is stunning & the ensuite bathroom is fantastic with great water pressure when having a shower. Mattress was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. I would definitely stay here again with friends and would like to stay in the spring/summer to enjoy the views of the Bay of Quinte/local surroundings and sit outside on the deck with a cocktail/glass of wine while dining al fresco. Patty and Doug had a couple of great recommendations regarding wineries and a restaurant for lunch the next day. Thank you!

Stylish, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings, gorgeous deck, beautiful art and furniture and easy access to all of PEC's shops and restaurants. Couldn't recommend highly enough! Patty and Doug were lovely. They were always available to answer my questions and their recommendations were spot on. Thanks for an amazing get away!

We love, love, love your space! The home is so inviting and there was so much space for us to gather together and enjoy a meal or tuck into a corner with a good book.
