Jason’s property is nestled in an open area of rolling hills surrounded by mature hardwoods. The sunrises and sunsets from the vintage airstream were stunning. Jason was out of the area but was extremely responsive and gave clear instructions for access. The property had deer and turkey transiting though all hours of the day. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway about an hour out of Nashville Jason has the place for you at Setter Farms.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our 30th Anniversary at Jason’s beautiful property! There was another camper parked on the site that was not in the listing pictures. It was unoccupied, so we still had total privacy, but diminished the “Airstream Vibe” just a little. The property itself is beautiful! Especially loved the abundant supply of dry firewood! We loved every minute of our stay at Jason’s and hope to return again someday!

Jason’s place was exactly what my wife wanted. We had the whole property to ourselves. Our dogs could be off leash and enjoy the mowed paths through the woods. It was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Jason’s airstream! The property was absolutely beautiful and the airstream had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed a week and would 100% stay here again! Thanks Jason for the great communication. Hopefully we will be back in the future.

Jason is an awesome host and made sure I had everything I needed. The property is fantastic. The camper has a lot of charm and the 40 acres surrounding it made for a very peaceful stay.
