Peter is a great host! I stayed for 7 weeks, he is very accommodating. his house is clean, and in a safe location we had all the necessities nearby, grocery stores(Walmart metro), restaurants etc. if I am back to Montreal again, I want to stay no where else other than peters place! can't recommend enough!

Peter is an extremely welcoming and friendly host who made sure the stay was comfortable for both me and my cat! The entire house was very clean and peaceful, with regular cleaning done of the common areas. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay which I would recommend to everyone looking to call a place home for a bit.

This is a great area to stay in, beautiful, easy access to food, parks and walking routes. Peter was welcoming and easy to communicate with. The room is large and well laid out. Great natural view out the window. Ensuite washroom is a comfortable size and everything works well. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook or have a quick meal.
