Spectacular location right here at Swiss Waterski Resort and Swiss Fairways Golf club. The spacious and very private room with own balcony overlooking all the action on the water and on the golf course is waiting for you. In the evenings, this will be your place of peace and tranquillity with amazing sunsets surrounding your balcony. The unique and unusual split level lay out of this home means that each of the three bedrooms is totally separate and very private from the other. Park your car off street in the private driveway of the home. Enter through the double front doors of the home and access your guest suite via the stairs immediately inside the front door. The spacious room contains a comfortable queen sized bed, 2 night lockers, TV, desk and chair, en suite bathroom with shower, large walk in closet with lots of coat hangers and shelves, and best of all, your own private balcony which has fridge, microwave, Kerurig coffee machine, coffee mugs, dishes and silverware. AC And heating are standard of course, and Speedy WiFi is available and free of charge.

Gwen was a fantastic host and this was the best place we have stayed at. She and Sean are wonderful people and were very warm and friendly to us. We felt like family while staying with them. The rental was well laid out and had everything needed. The screened patio provided beautiful views of the lakes and we enjoyed watching the water skiers in action from it. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and will definitely book with Gwen in the future should we be back in the area.
I felt so welcomed here with the lovely, comfortable room and wonderful balcony. The hosts could not have been friendlier. It was a very enjoyable week!
Gwen and Sean were amazing hosts. You become a small part of their family when you stay. The outdoor second floor patio is a great place to work remotely. You have shade, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and some starters for food and drinks. Gwen will leave some fruit/croissant extras by your door in the morning. A fun time along with a comfortable place to be and sleep. Zero complaints
Loved this airbnb! Felt right at home. The bed was so comfortable, and the patio was so relaxing. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room was also very spacious and we didnt feel cramped.

Our home is right opposite the dock of the World renowned Swiss Water ski Resort and we are the closest rental home to the dock in the entire neighborhood. The first Tee box of Swiss Fairways Golf Resort is approximately 100 meters from our door. We are about a 15 minute drive from the beautiful town of Clermont set in the rolling hills of Lake County. The National Training Center and Live Well Center is based in Clermont village and draws triathletes, softball players and athletes of all sorts to this area. If you are a triathlete, a golfer, a waterskiier, rest assured that we have lots of secure space for your equipment, bike, clubs, skis etc in the garage ( which we shall make sure you can access during your stay).
Disney, Universal studios, Mall of Millennia and all that Central Florida has to offer are less than 45 minutes drive from our door
Our little piece of paradise is located just to the West of Clermont village. The home is right on Lake Stephanie and is inside the very secure subdivision of Skiing Paradise Boulevard. We will give you access codes to the gates which close each night at 8 pm and open each morning at 6 am. Security is top notch in this neighborhood. Cycling routes from the door of the home are excellent and one will see many cyclists training on the quiet county roads hereabouts. Lake Louisa State Park is about 20 minutes away by car and offers wonderful trails, hiking paths, lakes and nature at its very best.

I am originally from The Emerald Isle of Ireland and hospitality and friendliness are in my blood. Sean and I have been coming here to our beautiful lake side vacation home for the last 30 years and when we both retired three years ago we decided to make it our permanent home. We embarked on a complete reconstruction program and rebuilt the entire home. It is now a wonderfully modern contemporary designed spacious split level with every modern convenience you can imagine. From the solar panels to the Euro/style kitchen and bathrooms, the home is now our refuge and paradise. Our three children are all grown up and off and away so we decided to offer one room ( with a second room coming online shortly) on AirBnB in order to welcome guests to this lovely part of the world and to share our little piece of paradise right here in Central Florida.
