Very comfortable cabin for 3 adults and 3 younger kids. Beautiful view of Norfolk Lake from the dining room window, and the shore is a short walk from the front door. Cindy is a fantastic host. I’d highly recommend this place.

Cozy and quiet. Wrap-around deck offered a comfortable place to visit, have a drink, listen to the birds, and enjoy the view. Out-of-the way location a quiet retreat, yet easy drive into town and to near-by hiking trails. (We particularly enjoyed Upper Pigeon Creek trail hike. ) Awesome view of the valley and inlet from the kitchen table: we found it a relaxing way to enjoy morning coffee! Beds large and comfortable; multiple bathrooms convenient for four adults. Kitchen supplies met our needs. An older home with a lived-in yet clean and cozy ambiance. Our host allowed us our privacy but was close by and attentive to texts. Also, we’d recommend Little Bs Grill in Mountain Home!

Our family had a wonderful time and the view was generous. The kids loved walking down to the water. Would definitely stay with them again.
