Super séjour dans un appartement très très bien situé dans Florence. Tout était à proximité. On a adoré.

The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. There are 55 steep, uneven steps to get to the apartment, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or will be bringing a lot of luggage. It's not mentioned in the listing, but you need to dispose of your own trash 2 blocks away. Gianluca let us drop our bags off early in the day, but charged 20 euros to do so. Very walkable to the duomo, etc. I wish he had let us know to buy tickets in advance as the duomo was sold out for 15 days from our visit. Overall, a good value (relatively speaking) and you can get some laundry done while you're there.

El departamento de Gianluca es nivel champion league. Excelente ubicación cerca de bares restaurante, tiendas de lujo y todos los atractivos turísticos a dos pasos. Si te animas a caminar un poco no necesitas auto para moverte en la ciudad. Muchas gracias. Gianluca

The apartment was spacious and nice. Gianluca was responsive and easy to communicate with. The only downfall was the stairs when you have big luggage; they are steep and plentiful.

The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Even a couple of umbrellas provided but we didn't need them. The location is excellent and only a few minutes walk from station and main attractions. The only drawback is that its rather noisy at night as there are bars and restaurants immediately below. However the noise tends to stop at midnight and a lot of it is muffled when the windows are closed. There is also air conditioning which is good as it was very hot when we were there. Its not suitable for people who may be a bit infirm or have a lot of luggage to carry as its up 3 flights of stairs. Make sure you put on the light at the front door before you go up as it can be quite dark and beware of an unexpected step between the kitchen and living room.
