Friendly staffs. But cleanliness is bad. Bed sheets was stained with God knows what. Bathroom was also quite dirty especially the sink and mirror.

Bathroom was full of mold, I didn’t shower for my one night stay because It was disgusting. Waited to check into my next hotel. The tiny room had strong mold smell which didn’t let me sleep at night. I do not recommend until the mold issue is cleared. Otherwise, front desk provided the best customer service I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Very nice for a single person stay. Well equipped, clean and safe. The location is really great as well. It is right beside the Petaling Street and the nearest metro station Pasar Seni is a great interchange. Only two stations to Bukit Bintang and one stop to KL Sentral. The train going to the Batu Caves is also here.
