We came back for a SECOND stay at this immaculate apartment, it's honestly our favorite place to stay in KL. Wilson is so kind and always responds quickly if we have a question. The apartment itself is so well maintained, just as beautiful and clean as when we stayed last year. Check in is super easy, I love the private lobby from the lift, and the apartment itself is so large with a bonus fourth room! Easily walkable to public transit and we never have problems catching a Grab either. Beds, pillows and linens are all super comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Kitchen is perfect for making simple dinners at home. We always feel right at home, and would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay. Wilson communicated proactively and check instructions were amazing. I only advise that you ensure to go to the premium rather than the regular residences; same address, 2 different places. The building is secure with amenities as listed, very luxury. The apartment is spacious, as listed, and was very clean. If elevators are slow, press the button for the direction you’re not going; this helped us get an elevator once but the elevators did work for most of our stay. Building connected to mall with everything you need. Tourist attractions are ride or LRT away. I would stay here again.

Really nice apartment, good location. Apartment is well designed with windows in every room, lots of light and air. Also a lots of security so it felt very safe, even if all the security did cause hassles as you can't go anywhere without your access card (and only one card was provided). Wifi was okay although there were sometimes some drop outs. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay again.
