Great place to stay!! You can’t beat that view of the ocean. The place was perfect for two couples! We attended many wedding activities happening at The Cape and it was super easy to walk over there when we needed to! The pools are great and the grounds are so well kept! The new coffee shop next door had GREAT breakfast items and the little market and deli had all the necessities! Beds were soft and bathrooms were a great size. We did not want to leave!!!

This was the most amazing airbnb experience. The community is 10/10, the beach is 10/10, and the people were incredible. Jim and his team were the greatest hosts and we absolutely cannot wait to return. I am already looking at dates to go back! The resources, cleanliness, and accessibility was everything you could possibly want.

Great spot to stay with our family of four, nice layout with rooms separated by living room. Family was in another unit and it was much more cramped and on an upper level with only one bathroom. Love the large outdoor patio area and huge showers. We rented a car so not being walking distance to downtown Cabo wasn’t an issue, but we didn’t want to spend much time there anyway. Spent most of our time in the opposite direction. Would definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

Thanks for letting us stay in your condo. We loved sitting outside on the patio watching the whale spouts. Daughter enjoyed the pool and beach. Tiki bar was nice to have and mini-mart came in handy for basic things that needed replenishing during trip (bread, water). Clean, well stocked unit. Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Great communication with the host. This condo is good for small families or 2 couples traveling together. I always felt safe. To access the beach there are ~50 stairs to navigate. Beach is rough sand - our closed-toe water shoes came in handy here. I enjoyed snorkeling at the beach using a life vest and flippers. This wouldn’t stop us from returning to this unit, more of an FYI, but condo is showing some wear - some cabinets not closing properly, dishwasher didn’t clean very well, ran out of hot water during showers, etc. Also there are not many restaurants within walking distance and the ones that are available are pricier options.

A nice, quiet, comfortable spot to retreat from the world for a while. The beach has cool snorkeling (safer to wait for high tide on account of the rocks!). From the patio you can see whales spouting and breaching in the distance. Something to keep in mind is that once you're settled, we didn't find a huge diversity of walkable restaurants nearby. Not a big deal if you stock up ahead of time at one of the local stores. A trip into Cabo is $14 USD one way before any tipping from Felipe, the reliable driver who's card is given out by the property managers. Be prepared to spend liberally on shuttles and cabs unless you have a car. Jim and the crew were great at communicating quickly and often when questions arise.
