i had to transact on airbnb becos Booking failed. but in the process of the admin mayhem, Chau was extremely helpful and super patient. she called Booking for me and demonstrated so much honesty and to make things as easy as possible for me. The apartment was great, only tht we booked with the expectation of a washing machine. perhaps Booking didn separate the photos for diff rooms. but it’s okay. Chau is a great host and she’s very helpful. the apartment has also pretty much everything else you need. and amidst the chilly weather, the heater in the toilet was super. it’s overall a very comfy place. oh, and the balcony is great too!
The house is in a small alley, close to the centre of Hanoi. It's just a short walk to reach the Opera house. Great location. You will have a bike parking at the first floor where you will also find the checkin desk. The room is clean and well-decorated. A few little things can still improved but it's great overall, exactly like the photos. The host - Chau is super super friendly and supportive. Thank you Chau for your great hospitality and dedication. The house is highly recommended for anyone wants to have a day by the Sword Lake.
Chau's place is located right in the center which is super convenient to walk to everywhere around the lake. The alley is big and it was really easy to find Lubi House. There is also lift in the building which is a rare find for Airbnb in Hanoi. My room is really spacious and still fully equipped with way more than what I need. Chau is a cheerful little girl who responded to all my requests almost instantly. She made me feel warm & welcoming. Lubi House has become my most favourite Airbnb in Hanoi, would definitely come back to stay again.

Lovely host, tastefully decorated hidden gem almost next to Hanoi Opera House and the French quarter: A true blessing to have found this characterful, centrally located, cozy flat in close proximity to most cultural sightseeings in town. Absolutely recommended.
