The Erawan condo in Chiang Mai is a modern condo witha pool and a small gym. The unit matches the photos, featuring a small living room and a spacious bedroom. Although well-lit, the rooms don't receive much natural light. The small balcony is a nice spot, but it could benefit from some outdoor furniture besides the bench. The decor is nice but feels somewhat impersonal. Essentials like soap, shower gel, coffee, tea, salt, or sugar weren't provided, though the host did thoughtfully include two bottles of water.

Great place. We loved it and the location. Pool and fitness room. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Ideally situated VERY near to Night Market, local restaurants, shops and tourist amenities. Equally close to the river and the Iron Bridge with fast access to the more attractive and peaceful riverside restaurants. The accommodation was ideal for one or two people with separate kitchen, and bathroom (and small balcony). Excellent, large TV with the main apps for an evening in. The host was present when I arrived and was immediately helpful with a small request. Throughout my stay she was always immediately responsive to any enquiries that I made. I hope to return to Chiang Mai soon and I will certainly try to stay there again

The place is small but very comfortable. There is a pool and a gym you can use in the building. The location is perfect- just 2 minutes away from a few night markets, about 15-20 minutes away by foot from the city center. You also get a parking spot so it's easy to park your scooter. The host is responsive, helpful, and friendly. We stayed there for 6 weeks and would recommend the place for both short-term and long-term stay.
