The location is ideal, smack in the middle of Asakusa. The apartment is bright and clean, and Mio is a great host! We hope to be back!
Mio's apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator. Check-in was easy and the apartment photos shown are accurate. It is within easy walking distance to Senso-ji Temple, Life Supermarket and many restaurants. Our favorite was "Hoppy Street" which is filled with Izakaya's (Japanese-style pubs). A great location in Asakusa!
O apartamento de Mio é espaçoso, muito bem localizado e com fácil acesso a outras regiões da cidade através de transporte público. Tem ótima máquina de lavar roupa e todos os equipamentos básicos de cozinha. Ótimo lugar para uma hospedagem em Tóquio!
I travelled with my husband and two kids (8.5 and 5 years old). The place was clean and spacious. Had all the amenities we needed. It was very helpful to have a laundry machine that had a drying cycle built-in. Had enough pots and pans that allowed me to make a small breakfast for my kids each day. Had soy sauce and oil so I didn't have to buy my own. There's enough to do around the neighbourhood to spend a full day wandering around. It's quite bustling during the day and not overly loud at night. Asakusa Station (TX) was a 9 minute walk, Tawaramachi Station (Tokyo Metro) 12 minute walk and Iriya Station (Tokyo Metro) 11 minute walk weren't bad if it was just adults. However, they were a tad far for my kids especially with all the walking we would do during the day, but we made it work. It's an accessible location, just manage walking expectations if you are with young kids. Mio was helpful and responsive. We would 100% stay at Mio's apartment again!
Mio's unit is super convenient to travel around in Tokyo as it's near to metro station. Sensoji temple and Don Quijote are within walking distance from the unit. The unit is clean and spacious to cater for 4 pax. Mio is very responsive and definitely will come back to stay here if we happen to travel to Tokyo in the future.
