Cafes, pubs, shops & a cinema are within a 5 minute walk & should you want to head to Mt Maunganui it’s only a short drive....just follow the coast! Good for AIMS games The House: Great for families & groups, the large, open plan kitchen diner is set up with all the everything you need and opens out onto the back garden. The comfy, modern living room can seat the whole household and has a 65” smart TV should you wish to chill the kids out or watch your favourite series. There is a main bathroom (shower & bath) , additional en-suited bathroom plus a separate toilet. Four x Bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people (with extra mattresses being available for extra children): 1. A very spacious en-suited master bedroom with king size bed. 2. A large room with 2 x single beds. 3. A double bedroom with 1 x double bed. 4.
