Your bright and open-plan annexe is a minutes walk from Ynyslas Beach. A fantastic location for Walking, Kiteboarding, Mountain Biking and Bucket and Spade Beach holidays. Great for groups, families or couples. On our doorstep we have beautiful sunsets, a Bronze age petrified forest exposed at low tide, a Nature Reserve and a top Links Golf Course and endless walking trails. Well serviced by bus or train straight into Aberystwyth itself. Your holiday home is annexed to the rear of our own house, so you will see us frequently during the day coming and going to our garden. If you want total privacy and seclusion this area isn't really like that. You come here for our amazing beach and access to our wonderful countryside By your entrance door there are hooks to hang up wetsuits if needed and a Wellie/walking boot stand. Inside the hall are coat hooks, rubber mats for boots etc. and dog towels and settee covers for the dog aswell, You then come through double doors into a large open-plan space which is a great for families. There is a dining table area to seat 5 comfortably, a seating area with 2 comfy sofas and coffee tables , TV wth firestick so you can log into your own TV apps, digital radio, a wood stove with a supply of logs, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. From here you can either go upstairs via a spiral staircase or through to the conservatory where there is another table and settees, fairy lights and really nice at night and then to your enclosed outdoor eating area which in the summer is covered in grape vine and climbers and private. There is a wooden table and a love seat and umbrella . Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one single, one double and one with bunks, all comfortably furnished and a shower room/toilet/sink/towels.

A perfect hideaway! We had a wonderful week here, visiting family nearby and making the most of this incredible location. We were welcomed very warmly and were very grateful for all the goodies! The house is beautiful and super cosy. Lots of games and lovely places to spend time. We can’t wait to come back!

As a family, we have stayed at SO many airbnbs throughout Ceredigion, trying to find the perfect place which has everything we need. And we finally found it! Everything was perfect to start off with, communication was excellent, the little personalised welcome on the front door, and the little extras such as eggs, fresh butter and wine. The house itself has everything you need, towels for the doggo, a fully enclosed garden and plenty of space with the added conservatory to lounge around in on lazy days. The beach is just across the road from the property, and there are plenty of walks (across the dunes, golf course and around the nature reserve) right on your doorstep! Zana and Gary are extremely welcoming and friendly, and it's rare to meet another dog who is as obsessed with the ball as much as ours 🤣 If you have come across this property, and are wondering whether to book it, do it! It really is wonderful and we hope to come back again this year! Thank you for everything! X

We had a lovely few days staying here. The beach is so close and quiet- my two little dogs have never looked happier. Plenty of room for 3 adults, one teenager and two dogs. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Even the weather stayed reasonably dry for us!

We had a lovely time staying at Zana's & Gary's place. The area is stunning, the beach is very close. The place itself was very spacious and clean. Without a doubt we would hapilly recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Zana and Gary’s place. The annexe is very spacious and cosy with the log burner. It’s right opposite the golf course and dunes and a 5 min walk from the beach. Perfect for long dog walks to the nature reserve/dunes. Zana was very responsive to any questions. We hope to come back soon

We are a quiet hamlet 100m from the beach which is one of the few beaches where dogs can walk all year round and we can sit and BBQ of an evening actully on the sand watching the sun go down, or cooking sausages for breakfast.
Life is slow but have reasonably good public transport links and facilities near by. We have the most wonderful boutique cinema and restaurant right here in Borth only 5 mins drive, or 25 mins walk along the beach, showing all the current films.
A choice of 2 pubs, 2 fish and chip shops, 2 small minimarkets, a beautiful art and gifts shops and a truly unique and quirky Tandoori. Also a couple of cafes and proper ice cream shops all about a 25min walk but we have a good Bar/Grill on a local Caravan park which is 5 mins walk which we use frequently and always open, with inside and outside seating and relaxed with children and dogs.
Further afield in Aberyswyth (9 miles), we have a full array of supermarkets, quirky stylish individual shops, some great places to eat including Michelin star restaurants: SY23 or Ynyshir.
Mountain Biking: We are equi distant from Dyfi BIke Park with handcrfated mountain trails by Dan Atherton, and Nant Yr Arian offers The Syfydrin trail 35k, the 18km Summit Bikes sponsored Summit trail and 10km Pendam trail. We are also about a 40 min drive from Coed Y Brenin, offering further challenging tracks.
Wonderful walks, mountains to climb, learn to surf and paddleboard with our local surf school, we have it all.

出行信息

Buses leave every 2 hours from 8.15am to 18.15pm to and from Aberystwyth 60m from your front door, the train which links to the bus until 18.15 is every hour heading to all stations to Shrewsbury and Birmingham or Aberystwyth. Last train home from Aberystwyth is 23.30 ish, but you'd have to walk home (25 mins) or a taxi is approx £25-30.
