The houses in Apartamentos Santa Rosa are absolutely brilliant for short or longer term stays for those who want to explore the beautiful city but be away from the chaos and in total tranquility. The location is perfect- just 5-10 mins walk and you are right in the centre. The gardens are lovely- spacious, green and well kept with lovely staff looking after everything. The houses are clean, relatively well stocked and when anything is lacking (eg we lacked some oven gloves), Gustavo brings it round right away - so the service is excellent. We had a minor issue with wifi speed which was resolved. We would absolutely rebook here again and have already recommended it to friends coming in a few weeks time.

The grounds where the apartment is located are stunning and well maintained. Right behind the apartment complex are the Ruins of Santa Rosa so make sure you check those out. The apartment itself was everything that we needed. There was a washer and dryer (huge plus), microwave, coffee pot, and basic kitchen stuff. We stayed a week overall. It is located a little bit of a walk (15-20 minutes) from the central plaza. The beds were much firmer than what we had a home so it took a few nights to get used to. Also we had to buy. some basic supplies for the apartment. The grounds were very quiet and when the sky is clear you can see all 3 volcanos. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Make sure you don't leave the doors open because there are some mosquitos. We brought some repellent and that took care of them for the most part.

Una casa muy cómoda dentro de un condominio pequeño muy pintoresco, ideal para familias con niños ya que cuenta.con áreas verdes y juegos.
