The place was great. Bryan was very responsive and any issues we had were due to mother nature and beyond his control but addressed right away. Would definitely still here again.

While we originally looked for accomodations in downtown Charleston, we discovered that this location in Mt Pleasant, with more favorable rental rates, provided convenient access to the greater Charleston area including the Historic District, Sulivan Island, North Charleston, and Mt. Pleasant itself. All of these areas have interesting historic attractions, outdoor activiites, local events, restaurants and breweries. The townhouse is about a 1/2 block off a rather busy four-lane road, but proved to be a surprisingly quiet area especially during "sleeping hours." The accomodations were clean and functional although some aspects of the furnishings and finishes were not on par wtih other ABNB places we've stayed, but nothing that was a solid "negative."

Just as pictured and about 10 minutes from Sullivans island and very close to a Publix. The only issue I found was that the air conditioner has trouble keeping up in the summer months and the thermostat is locked. I followed the recommendations of our host and we remained comfortable. I would not recommend a woman “of a certain age” rent this unit in warmer months. For our family, this worked out just fine. In the evenings, it was comfortable for sleeping.
