The apartment is lovely with very nice quality furniture. The photos reflect the reality. It even has "almost" three bathrooms (one is very small but has a shower), a garden and a view to the mountains - something not clear in the description but definitely a bonus. The host is professional and responsive. For skiing, you still need to do a 10min walk to the lifts (or take the bus) but the location is perfect if you like to walk (next to the walk path by the river, 1 min walk to the main supermarket (!), no noise from the main street and only 10 min to walk to Bormio center). There are some issues that could easily be improved to add further value to the apartment: a) the limited electric power (only 3KW - you can not heat the oven and dry your hair at the same time! - just not enough for an apartment of 7), b) the limited internet connectivity (just a 4G dongle), c) the outdated TV, d) the lack of a music speaker/sound system.

Appartamento perfetto; abbiamo trovato tutto come da descrizione, in ordine e pulito; siamo stati anche fortunati di trovarci durante una copiosa nevicata....Splendido!! Perfetta anche la gestione da parte di Italianway sempre disponibili e cortesi. PS unico neo il non poter utilizzare il camino, sebbene sia elencato nelle dotazioni.

The apartment feels spacious, clean and recently renovated. A very short wander to shops. Town and ski lift are a 10 minute walk. Bormio has world famous thermal spas and very decent skiing. Watch outs: You can only run one or two bigger appliances simultaneously, otherwise its a walk around the building to a basement fuse box in a basement. fireplace use is forbidden which is almost a deal breaker in such a pretty wintry vista! Wi-Fi is a dongle which works fine most of the time. The management are a local real estate company so be prepared for an extra contractual sign up and check in. That said, they are super nice and professional with excellent communication. Very quick to help us. The place worked for 6 adults and a few kids.
