Il soggiorno presso villa Chiara è stato bellissimo, la casa è molto bella e pulitissima, le attrezzature complete e l’host gentile e discreto. Ritorneremo di sicuro e la consiglieremo senza riserve. Grazie per l’ospitalità e per la gradita bottiglia di Chianti a Mariarosa.

Too many unexpected fees: the price went from 1090 Euros in the ad, to 65 Euros extra for the towels and sheets (which they said were missing afterwards, as if taking towels was a thing), and then 70 Euros for gas, electricity and water. I guess the mere presence of the people in the house is paid the full price in the ad, and then other things are all payable. Could be good also to put someone in charge who speaks anything but Italian, impossible to understand each other.

We spent our Easter weekend in Villa Chiara. The house is as described, very spacious with a lot of bedrooms. There is a nice kitchen, fully equipped and with new appliances, a comfortable living room with 2 sofas and armchairs and a practical dining room with a long table that could comfortably accomodate all of us. Overall it’s well kept and very clean. We were 11 (6 adults and 5 kids) and we had great fun over the weekend. The weather unfortunately wasn’t great, so we couldn’t make the most of the patio and garden, however there were plenty of space indoor for all of us and the kids had great fun. Filettole is conveniently located, quite close to Pisa and Lucca (about 30 mins or less by car). The communication with Rosa and her daughter Chiara has been very easy. They have been very nice to us and very accommodating, giving us a lot of flexibility with both check-in and check-out time.

Mariarosa is a wonderful hostess, she was very responsive and kind. She even bought us cornetti for breakfast and tried to immediately take care of any issues that popped up. The building is exactly as advertised. Peaceful atmosphere in a small neighborhood just a short drive from Lucca and Pisa. The driveway is a little tight but we fit two cars in it. Overall a nice place for a relaxed stay.

Io e il mio gruppo siamo stati ospiti della signora Mariarosa durante il periodo del Lucca Comics. La signora è stata molto disponibile ed elastica durante il check-in e check-out. Al nostro arrivo si è premurata per noi e il giorno dopo si è accertata che andasse tutto bene. La casa è grande e ha degli spazi comuni molto ampi, non si ha difficoltà a stare in tanti. All'interno viene fornito tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ero già stata ospite della signora Mariarosa ed è stato un piacere essere opsitata nuovamente da lei.
