The apartment supplied was different to the one in the photos. It was a lot older, a little bit dirty/smelly and not as nice. There was also no microwave. The apartment is in scenic valley block H (not block G as advertised), which is not a pool view, but was still ok and it's still quite close to the swimming pool. Crescent mall is a big shopping mall with a movie theatre, restaurants and children's play area. It is a <5 minute short walk across a busy intersection and so the location is quite handy. There is also a nearby salt water swimming pool about a 2 minute walk from the apartment (cost 100k for adult/70k for small child). Very loud music from nearby bar until midnight on a Saturday, outside of this time it was ok. The advertisement states daily clean, but this did not happen. We arrived back from going for a swim to find a real-estate agent and two other people entering the room. We were not told about this by Julie (the host), it was a surprise. The swimming pool was nice, but just be aware the swimming playground in the advertisement's photo is not the same as all the slides are broken, so there is no water playground for kids to use. Overall it was still an ok stay, but we would not of booked the apartment we stayed in if the photos were correct. We were not notified by the host that the apartment was not as nice and we were not given an opportunity in advance to cancel the booking. My wife checked in without me and thought ohh this isn't as nice as i remembered ... but didn't realise it was not the same as the one as the photos until i pointed it out later on.
