I can definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. the apartment is relatively big and spacey, has all amenities needed (Aircon is great) and a balcony facing Sontra peninsula. the location is close by to good local restaurants and shops (better than the touristy hotspots down the road). the pool overlooks the bay with a nice view. finally I have to say the host is the best I have ever delt with out of all Airbnb's I have stayed. I have never dealt with a host that is so professional with everything. Help was always available when needed. if there was an issue this was dealt with and rectified ASAP with exceptional communication.

Tran’s place was very nice. Large apartment with one of the biggest bedroom I’ve seen in Vietnam. Tran is very responsive and goes through went the extra mile to help us find an accommodation for after the stay with him. I definitely recommend a lot.

An amazing apartment to stay in on a longer term stay. Sad that the gym is no longer in the building.

very nice apartment at the 12th floor, away from the main centre and perfect for a long stay. Mihn was reactive and helpful during the all stay; I needed a faster WiFi for working and the next day they came to put the new one, with speed up to 400mps! it is on a main street, but at night it is deserted, so you can sleep quietly. The view from the pool is very nice, especially at sunset. There are 2 mini market just downstairs, which are very handy. there is security 24/7 (not that I ever felt in danger in Da Nang anyway) and Highly recommended to rent a motorbike, which will allow you to reach the main city centre within 15 minutes. You can also reach the Lady Buddha in 15' and Hoi An in 40'. Overall, I had a great experience here, would stay again!
