The area is great: good supermarkets, and metro station close by; nice little bar on one corner, and ice cream café on another. Quiet road with little traffic (and bedroom is on courtyard so no noise). Good walking nearby - along the banks of the Treptower Canal, and past the fascinating Ufafabrik arts centre. Lots of good things about the apartment: nice living/dining room, with balcony, good modern shower, decent Wi-Fi, and responsive central heating. Most areas were clean, but radiators and blinds were dusty, as were 'hidden' floor corners. Cooking oil, and a few essential cooking utensils (spoons, spatula, turner) were missing.

Where to begin? -Dirty dishes: I don't mean a slight stain here or there, I mean literally every single glass in the apartment having fingerprints or grease-stains on it, plates with *fresh* sauce (stains), cutlery saturated in stains and grease. -Dirty bathroom: a sink absolutely caked in stains from who knows how may previous guests. -Dirty towels: I can not begin to describe to you how disgusting it feels to, every single time I grab a towel from the closet, using it to dry my face after a shower and feeling another person's hair stick to my face. Every single time. It made me gag. -BROKEN-BEYOND-REPAIR WIFI: this doesn't need an elaborate/funny line of text, the Wi-Fi was entirely and completely broken with the host completely incapable and seemingly unwilling to resolve the issue. An ENTIRE DAY of our trip was wasted because we were told to wait for a technician to fix the issue, the technician never showed up and Biggi gave me a flimsy excuse for it. Don't go here.

A lovely apartment to stay in. The area was extremely quiet. About half an hour journey by public transport into the centre of Berlin, but there were lots of shops nearby too.

Great apartment. It's been really comfortable and I've enjoyed my stay. Biggi is so nice, I arrived in Berlin earlier than expected, and she allowed me to check in early.

Eine tolle, helle, saubere Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und das Bett ist wunderbar weich und bequem. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig, aber Geschäfte und Restaurants sind alle fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß 3 Min. bis zur U-Bahn (Kaiserin-Augusta-Str.) und mit der Linie 6 ist man in 13 Min. im Zentrum (Unter den Linden). Der Kontakt mit Biggi hat bestens funktioniert, wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Berlin und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
