Nous avons été très déçus du logement proposé par Mélanie. Certes, l'appartement est très beau et correspond aux photos, on ne peut pas lui enlever ça! En revanche, les lumières ne fonctionnent pas (nous avons été prévenus de cette info 1h avant l'arrivée). Il manque beaucoup de vaisselle, il n'y a même pas un verre à vin ou une tasse par personne, quand on doit en racheter sur place, le rapport qualité/prix de l'appart n'est vraiment pas top. Et malgré plusieurs messages/appels envoyés à la conciergerie durant le week-end, aucune réponse ne nous a été faite malgré bcp de désagréments, seulement un message automatique pour rappeler l'heure à laquelle il faut quitter les lieux!

We had a great 3-night stay in Rennes. The location of the apartment is definitely its strong point - a great neighbourhood, with stores and commerce on your doorstep, the daily covered market just around the corner and the city accessible entirely on foot. The apartment itself has spacious rooms and high ceilings and is quite comfortable. While ultimately it didn't impact our stay, the condition of the apartment is not as perfect as the photos suggest and it needs a little bit of attention e.g. some flaky paintwork. While we aware of the lack of ceiling lights, the various lamps were not all working and do not provide sufficient light after dark. Finally, there was not enough suitable glassware for our party of 5, nor enough mugs and cups. While individually these are minor gripes, their accumulation gives the overall impression of a lack of investment and detracts from the overall experience and its value. With that said, I would still recommend the apartment and would return!

Séjour en famille très agréable à Rennes. Le logement est très confortable. Un peu bruyant le samedi soir, en lien avec la vie nocturne rennaise. L'appartement manque un peu d'éclairage le soir. Mais ce sont les seuls bémols. Il est confortable, joliment décoré, facile d'accès et très bien situé ! Nous recommandons vivement !
