Had a great time at Apartamento Chicago! Aurélie was super helpful, and the place was perfect - clean, comfortable, and central. Plus, the parking in the same building was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Bilbao!

El departamento muy cómodo para dos pasajeros, instrucciones claras sin contacto físico con el anfitrión Falto tener te/café de cortesía para los primeros momentos hasta poder ubicarse e ir a comprar. Utilizamos el parking del alojamiento, el precio fue elevado ya que no tenía acceso directo, tienes que salir a la calle e ingresar al departamento por otra puerta, lo que implica que es más cómodo ingresar equipaje estando estacionado en la calle (el lugar de parking es un segundo subsuelo).

We appreciated this flat’s location and the bedroom looking out to the terrace had a nice feel about it. What we would raise up I think is more a product of Airbnb being taken over by businesses whereas before it was all about actually sharing your home as an individual . The little touches that made you feel welcome and like you could relax at home . Other reviews have mentioned that providing coffee and tea would be a welcome addition. I’m more of a mind that Airbnb should be just that - a BnB = some nod to breakfast. So not only an addition but something really you should expect . The lack of any sort of kitchen condiment or tea/coffee , coupled with a certain dryness attached to the myriad instructions and the contactless check in made for an overall impression that is more ‘dressed up hostel’ than ‘home away from home’. Other reviews also noted having cleaning products stacked in the bathroom in evidence is odd. We felt the same. All that said there is nothing here to fault really. We parked in the garage on site and checked in smoothly . The flat is in a great neighbourhood and is generally comfortable enough. The Aircon worked well. The terrace has no view so be aware. Instructions on how to get out of the garage would be a great addition. All this is clear when reading the descriptions in detail . The city itself is a joy to visit.
