Stayed in the hostel for 10 days, the room was clean and nice, Tania was always available and helpful with great communication, the location is good - close to the gondola and the restaurants and bars in the area. overall an amazing experience at a very good price, will definitely come back in the future!!! 10/10

I really enjoyed my 7 nights stay at the hostel (yes, this is a hostel). Dmytro was always quick to respond to all of my messages, and Tatiana, his mother, went above and beyond to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible (including giving me some medication for a very sore knee from too much skiing). This level of hospitality was what made this place so special! Over the 7 nights, I was alone for 2 nights and was joined by anywhere between 1 and 5 other guests. Maybe I was lucky, but these fellow hostelers were all great people and made for a fun, sociable experience. The kitchen has been upgraded since the photos online, and now has a very nice 2-burner stove. Bahut, the staff cleaning lady, is very nice and does a great job at keeping the place clean. Tatiana and Dmytro both speak fluent English. The marshrutka from Tbilisi (GL10-15) drops you in front of the Pilot Cafe, which is owned by the family. Here is where you will check in. I look forward to returning for summer!

Good value hostel right next to the slopes, however when I arrived the entire resort was basically shut down, despite the host informing me otherwise when I asked ahead of booking. Many of the amenities including breakfast, pool and gym were either closed or non existent. I'm sure this is a great place to stay on peak season.
