I had a great time. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the check in process was easy. My room was a delight and appreciate the unique architectural character of my room and throughout the hotel. The hotel is also very close to great food options. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at Placemakr were absolutely amazing. However, whoever I was chatting with on the airbnb app was the opposite of helpful. I reached out to them after booking to ensure the room depicted on the site was going to be the room I would actually stay in, and they replied and said yes (I have the receipts!). Upon arrival, I was shown to a room that was nothing like what I booked. It had no windows, something that is a must for me. I really do hate writing negative reviews, and I try to avoid it at all costs. However, once I messaged them about my room, the airbnb host told me to "talk to the manager." After talking to the manager they got me setup and were absolutely incredible! The reason I am leaving a semi-bad review, is because the host lied to me when I asked about the accuracy of the depicted room. Had they told me they couldn't guarantee the room in the pictures, that would be a whole other story.

Location was great and place was pretty clean. Host, however, did not inform of a party that was being thrown in the common area. Music was so loud and I was unable to fall asleep until the event ended at midnight. Walls are also thin and could hear my neighbors come in at 3am. No bath soap provided , including hand soap, which I thought was strange. The room I received was not the one pictured. No windows in the living room and only 1 small window in the bedroom. Unable to adjust the thermostat so temperature stayed at 74, which is a bit too warm for my liking.
