lovely flat, very clean inside and well decorated, all the amenities you could want, including some lovely games and toys for the kids. The upstairs room was very warm when we stayed, the result of being an old building. Lots of windows up there, which helped, but being a Saturday night it was noisy outside until late - to be expected being so close to the restaurants and bars. The location is excellent, one of the flat's real selling points. Close to the fun but secure and private. Marlene was very helpful and responsive.

Marlène's place is fabulous! Very clean and beautifully decorated! Excellent location on a quiet side street but only a 5-minute walk to many great cafés and restaurants. Matter of fact there are so many wonderful things to see and do - all within a 20 minute (or less) walk from the apartment! Marlène is extremely friendly and helpful and recommended fantastic restaurants and cultural attractions of Rouen. She is very communicative and quick to respond. I highly recommend this apartment - it was perfect for our family of 3 (but could fit more!) Our teen daughter loved having the beautiful upstairs all to herself!😊 If you don't like climbing stairs, this place is not for you but otherwise, don't hesitate to choose Marlène's place - you'll love it!

We had a great stay at Marlène’s apartment. It is clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. Everything was very easy as Marlène is a great host.

The top-floor apartment with modern design is located in the historic center of the city. There is a beautiful view on the old roofs.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our last day in France due to one of our children not feeling well and had to book an early return on the Le Shuttle crossing. Marlene was very understanding, and we had clear communication throughout the day. We obviously paid the full amount as Marlene had already made the apartment up ready for us. Thank you again for your understanding Marlene, we will definitely be back next year for our stay.
