We stayed at Nancy’s place for a month. The basement apartment was clean and well-maintained, and had all the amenities you’d need for a longer stay (e.g., dedicated washer + dryer, full-sized fridge, oven and range, smart TV, etc.). There was plenty of bedding and blankets as well to keep warm on snowy days. The location of the house was perfect for our needs. We took our dog on walks around the neighbourhood. There are a couple of dog friendly parks and trails within a five minute drive - highly recommended the Boulevard lake trail. Downtown Port Arthur isn't too far either, with several hangouts (Trivia at The Foundry; music at Black Pirates Pub, etc.) within a five minute drive. There were several grocery stores in the area as well. Metro was alright, but for a more local and eclectic selection, check out George’s Market. There’s even a tiny Indian grocery. All were within five minutes’ drive from Nancy’s. We enjoyed our stay here and loved exploring the neighbourhood!

Everything was taken care as the host promised. Check in was easy. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
