The location was right in the center of town. The space was clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable and at feel at home stay. I would definitely book again if I was traveling to Prescott.

Interior is well done. Updated and cute. Exterior is cute, but it's located in a cluster of little places and the "front" of this unit is on the ally. Not ideal, but ok. Proximity to town is great. Love that there is a TV in the bedroom. Ben and Andera are very responsive. We asked if we could get in an hour early because we ended up making it to Prescott earlier than expected. They responded within minutes. We were not able to get in early, which was not big deal...gave us an excuse to grab a drink downtown. We were a little annoyed when we arrived on time to find the cleaners still there. We ended up having to wait in our car for 5 mins. Again, not a big deal, but just not ideal.

Ben and Andrea's place was incredible. It was the perfect size. Everything was clean and fairly new. We had a little bit of trouble with figuring our the heating system, but eventually figured it out. Even though there are two other rentals on the property, it still felt private and incredible.

My husband and I stayed here for a little anniversary getaway. As soon as we walked in, I didn’t want to leave. The place was so cute and cozy. It had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable as well. The location was perfect. Super close to Whiskey Row and lots of yummy food and shopping. They were quick to respond to a message I sent. We will definitely be staying here again!!!
