This home has a great location. It is close to a lot of things to do in Cape Coral. Check in is very easy and Sandie is right on top of everything. This home has Great potential…. But it is very much in need of some TLC. Many of the pool toys and outdoor chairs and tables need to be replaced/and or upgraded. The pool is so nice! All the appliances seemed to be getting close to the end of thier lives. If we come back to Cape Coral, we might choose this house again.

Sandie was very quick to respond to us and was always very nice. We enjoyed our stay . Beds and furniture were very comfortable. 3 nice sized TV’s and a nice neighborhood. Spent lots of time in the heated pool!

We enjoyed our month long stay. The home was just as pictured. We enjoyed the heated pool. The neighborhood is very walkable. Sandie was very responsive to any questions. We would love to stay here again. The location is great. The house is very spacious.

We've had a magnificient experience with Sandie as our host. I have used airbnb to visit many places over the years and with Sandie, whatever I have found on occasion to be challenging with other hosts - checking in, communicating - was simply a breeze. Since we were landing in Fort Myers on Xmas day, with stores widely closed and such, we relied on Sandy to help us get basic necessities for the first night and morning, and to our greatest relief she delivered and more. During our stay temps were high 60s/low 70s, which made us love the heated pool. Also convenient is the fact that about 1/3 of the screened-in patio area, which is where the outdoor table is located and seen in the picture, is covered by a roof which comfortably allows to be outside even when it rains.
