This is a fantastic spot! Love the views from the deck and the sound of the waves breaking morning and night. Solana Beach is wonderfully located with lots of fun places for adults and families. Would love to return here!

Great condo overlooking the beach with amazing views. Perfect size for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Also, there are several good restaurants nearby, a CVS 1 block away, and it's a short walk to the design district.

Great location with amazing oceanviews & easy beach-access. It was one of our favorite places to stay during our 10 week journey trough western USA! Would love to come back!

This condo unit overlooking the ocean was an ideal location for relaxing while listening to the waves crashing and trying to catch a glimpse of dolphins as they slipped by. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and when we opted to use Uber to venture out further we only had to wait a few minutes for the drivers to arrive. The condo itself was very clean, neat, and tidy with all the necessary items needed for a one week stay. We were able to lounge on the beach using the provided chairs which were accessible via the balcony storage room. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and the beach and having full use of the washer/dryer was very helpful. There is no air conditioning as noted in the listing so depending on the time of year it can get warm but we were able to open windows and doors to get a cross breeze coming from the ocean and with the provided fans it was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is our second time staying at this property, and we will definitely be back! The ocean views span the master and living rooms, and we saw dolphins several times. The home is well stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, and even an ice chest to take to the beach. There are great restaurants within walking distance, good hikes (check out Annie’s Canyon Trial nearby for an awesome family hike), and you’re a staircase away from the beach. Brent is responsive, and we had everything we needed. Beautiful place to stay that I highly recommend.
