There were 9 of us staying at Derek's villa, two families, and the space was perfect and the 2 kitchens and lounges were perfect for having your own space. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and the pool and BBQ area perfect for a chilled holiday with the family. Derek was extremely accommodating from the moment we booked, recommending local drivers to take us places and to and from the airport for a very easonable price. Derek also took us to the shops and back to stock up. He was on hand for any questions and recommended lots to do within the area. Although the Villa is in a quiet area it is in walkable distance to shops, beaches and reasturants, the taxi button right outside the Villas are so speedy and cheap! We have thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday and we will be re bookish next April for sure. Thank you Derek for your hospitality.

Honestly one of the best place we ever stayed in Fethiye region, we are staying here since 2012 every year, this villa was awesome, everything was nice, clean and reasonable, I'm so happy that we choose this option and hope to come back here again next year, Huge thanks to Derek, he is awesome host, he is friendly and very nice person, hope to see ya next year!

Derek was a great host, the villa was all clean and fresh on arrival ready for us! Derek showed us the local supermarket when we landed around 10 at night really helped us us out The villa it’s self was huge !! Really spacious Swimming pool was nice and maintained properly. There’s a handy taxi button 2 mins from the villa that always came in handy to get to the restaurants or bars this costs £3 from the villa to hisonau Cheers Derek will be back again
