We spent a wonderful three weeks in this apartment. Gennaro was a great host. Very welcoming and gave clear instructions about the apartment and helpful information about the surrounding area and what to see and do. He always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment was fantastic with an amazing view over the sea and marina from the balcony. It was very close to shops, restaurants and the beach and it was only a 10 minute walk to the train station from where you can catch the train to Rome. We would like to come back some day.

Świetny pobyt! Wszystko było zgodnie z opisem. Piękny widok z balkonu, duże i przestronne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone. Do plaży jest około 5 min piechotą, przy plaży są bary. W miasteczku znajduje się wiele restauracji, barów, knajpek itp. Dworzec kolejowy znajduje się 15 min od mieszkania, stamtąd regularne połączenia z Rzymem. Gennaro jest bardzo uprzejmym, serdecznym i kontaktowym gospodarzem 😇

We had a pleasant stay with my family. Gennaro and his wife was very welcomjng and tell us everything we needed. Apartement is very nice and well equipped with everything you should need. Balcony with nice harbour view was our favorite place. Location is great, very close to the train station - 1 hour ride to Rome Termini. Paid beach is 5 minutes by walk, free beach 10 minutes by walk. Definitely recommended. Only beds was little bit uncomfortable and dated. And if you are older or have some movement issues - mind the stairs, there is no elevator in the building.

Our stay at Gennaro’s place was enjoyable. The apartment is nice and spacious, with beautiful interior and amazing views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay as well. The area is also good, very lively in the season, but it’s quite and peaceful inside if you close the windows. Everything is in the walking distance, restaurants, shops, bars, the train station, beaches and sightseeings. There is a beach with a picturesque view near Grotte di Nerone that I particularly enjoyed just 15 minutes away by feet. Other beaches are just about 5 minutes away from the apartment. The hosts were nice and responsive, pleasant to communicate with. I’d definitely return to this place

We had a great stay in Gennaros apartment. It’s close to the city center with shops and restaurants and in convenient walking distance to the beach, where one could walk home for lunch and go back in the afternoon.
