We booked this place months in advance and kept Anna and Elizabeth in the loop about our arrival time at 3pm. We arrived after our initial 3pm check in time (train delay) and entered with the code provided for check in and there was a man inside telling us to call the owners that it was not ready. We messaged Anna and Elizabeth and they did not answer for over 3 hours. Before they answered we had returned to the apartment to check if it was ready and the man was gone and the apartment was still not ready. No amenities for showering including no towels at all. I messaged Anna and Elizabeth and they did not answer for hours so we checked into a hotel close by. Anna and Elizabeth answered back and gave us a full refund with no problems. I can’t recommend the stay for these reasons. We are long time Airbnb hosts ourselves so we understand sometimes things happen but not answering your guests for hours especially when the place was not ready for their check in is unacceptable.
