Great stay in the Penthouse - really an exceptional service from start to finish - Nuno (the manager) met us off the train and made sure absolutely everything was as needed - splitting beds into two and finding a tea pot! He also sent us multiple recommendations through the week and was immediately responsive to anything we asked. The apartment itself is beautiful - very well equipped and fittings all of a very high standard - amenities excellent, it is compact but worked well for us (5 adults / teenagers). And the daily cleaning is included and appreciated. Location is also outstanding - right in the centre of Verbier - the windows are very effective at keeping late night noise out though - and the terrace has a great view.

5+ stars!! the best apartment (most central but still extremely quiet and private) with the best service we’ve ever experienced! Nuno, the property manager was so responsive and welcoming, had groceries ready for us after a long travel day with kids, and was always available to help if needed. The apartment is so beautiful, spotless, impeccably designed and very up to date with technology. We loved the Sonos. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the extra touch of robes and slippers was so nice. Thank you so much Nuno. Your care and effort was above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

Un excellent séjour chez Robinson Penthhouse! Localisation parfaite au centre du Verbier! L’appartement est très bien équipée et décoré avec du goût! Le service est excellent! Ruben est très serviable et disponible! Je recommande fortement ce Penthhouse!

The penthouse was absolutely perfect! Clean, spacious and in the most ideal location right in the center of everything. The daily cleaning was such a great addition too! Nuno was so lovely, very accommodating and extremely responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone. We will definitely be back soon!
